1. Introduction
Interactively Inc. (“Interactively,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By visiting or using any websites operated under the interactively.io domain, including but not limited to https://www.interactively.io/ (each, a “Website,” and collectively, the “Websites”), viewing demos hosted by Interactively, or accessing any functionalities, features, applications, or services offered in connection with the Websites (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge and agree to the practices outlined in this policy. Your use of the Services constitutes your consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein.
This Privacy Policy governs our collection, use, and protection of personal information as defined under various privacy laws, including (1) personally identifiable information under numerous U.S. statutes (the “PII Laws”), (2) data protected by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”), (3) personal and private information under New York’s Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security Act (“SHIELD Act”), (4) personal data as defined by the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and (5) personal information under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) (collectively, the “Privacy Laws”). Together, these categories of data are referred to as “Personal Information,” which we collect when you access, view, or use any of our Websites, Media, or Services. This policy does not extend to the practices of entities we do not own or control or to individuals we do not employ or manage.
2. What personal data do we collect and from whom?
Interactively does not collect Personal Information indiscriminately. We limit the type of Personal Information and the amount of Personal Information to what is necessary to fulfill the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy.
2.1 Data you provide to us
While using our Service, you may be asked to provide specific details that help us identify or contact you (“Personal Data”). For example, when you register for our Services, we may collect your name and e-mail address so you can access the Services. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, although that may affect the functionality of the Services.
2.2 Data we automatically collect about you
When you interact with our Websites, we automatically collect and store information from your browser, including data related to demo usage and “cookie” information, in our server logs. Cookies are small identifiers transferred to your computer or mobile device that help us recognize your browser or device, track how and when pages on our Website are accessed, and determine how many people are using the site. You can adjust your browser or device settings to send “do not track” signals or to restrict cookies, though doing so may limit your ability to access certain features of our Website. If you click on a link to a third-party site, they may also use cookies, and this Privacy Policy does not address the use of cookies by third parties.
2.3 E-mail and other communications
We may reach out to you via email or other communication channels. For instance, we might send promotional offers on behalf of third parties or engage with you regarding your use of our Websites. Additionally, when we send emails, we may track whether you've opened them. This helps us tailor our communications, making them more relevant and improving our services.
3. Lawful use of your personal data
We may use Personal Information, including names, contact details, browser and device data, usage information related to the Websites and Services, email confirmations, communication content, and user profile information, for various purposes such as personalizing and enhancing our Services, managing and optimizing our Websites, enabling users to create accounts and profiles, contacting users, fulfilling product and service requests, analyzing user interactions with our Websites, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. To ensure account security, we require users to verify their email addresses. Payment card information is used solely to process payments to Interactively. Additionally, we may share the above information with our Customers to help them (1) evaluate, improve, and develop interactive demos built on Interactively and (2) leverage this data to support and grow their organizations.
3.1 Using data for customers
We may share specific, identifiable usage data with our Customers that is directly linked to the demos built on Interactively. This may include information collected through Interactively forms, browser and device details, as well as usage data related to interactions with the Websites and Services. This data is provided to help Customers better understand how their demos are being used and optimize their content accordingly.
3.2 Using data for business transfers:
In the event of a business transaction, such as the sale or purchase of assets, customer information, including Personal Information, may be transferred as part of the transaction. If Interactively undergoes a change of control, is acquired, enters bankruptcy, or ceases operations, Personal Information may be one of the assets transferred to a third party as part of the process.
3.3 Using data to protect Interactively and others:
We may access, review, store, and disclose your information when we believe it is necessary to comply with legal obligations, court orders, or regulations; enforce our terms of use or other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Interactively, our employees, our users, or any other parties. This may involve sharing information with other companies and organizations for fraud prevention and credit risk management.
3.4 Using data with your consent
Except as outlined above, we will notify you when your Personal Information is about to be shared with third parties, and you will have the option to prevent such sharing.
3.5 Legal basis for collection and use
Interactively collects and uses your Personal Information based on one or more of the following legal grounds: (1) your informed consent, granted by your acknowledgment of prompts on our Websites and your continued use of the Websites and Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service; (2) to pursue Interactively’s legitimate business interests, such as providing the Services and maintaining the Websites; or (3) to fulfill a contract to which you are a party. The legal basis for collecting and using your Personal Information may vary based on your use of the Websites and Services and your relationship with Interactively. For more details regarding the specific legal basis for the collection and use of your data, please contact us at privacy@interactively.io.
3.5 Retention on personal data
Interactively retains your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In general, we maintain Personal Information as follows: a. Logs of known users are kept as long as we believe there is a possibility that the user may return to use the Websites. b. Emails collected for marketing purposes are retained for as long as Interactively is engaged in relevant marketing activities. In all other cases, the retention period for Personal Information is determined by factors such as:
- The nature of our relationship with the Customer,
- The existence of any ongoing or anticipated projects,
- The type of Personal Information involved, and
- Our business requirements.
4. Your rights to control your personal information
Subject to applicable laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, legal obligations, public interest requirements, and the establishment or defense of legal claims), you have the following rights regarding the collection and use of your Personal Information by Interactively:

You have the right to request the following regarding your Personal Information: (1) corrections, updates, deletions, or restrictions on the collection and use of your data, (2) the categories of Personal Information that Interactively has collected, (3) the sources from which Interactively has obtained your Personal Information, (4) the business purposes for collecting and disclosing your Personal Information, (5) details on how Interactively has used or is using your Personal Information, (6) a copy of your Personal Information retained by Interactively, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format for review or transfer to another entity, as technically feasible, (7) the categories of third parties with whom Interactively shares your Personal Information, (8) the specific types of Personal Information shared with third parties, and their contact information, (9) a list of all third parties that have received your Personal Information from Interactively, and (10) the exact pieces of Personal Information Interactively has collected about you.
We will respond to your requests within 30 days, unless we are legally entitled to extend this period. Please note that verification of your request may cause some delay. Our verification process may include comparing the data provided in your request with our records, contacting you through alternative means, or requesting additional information, though we aim to minimize this process as much as possible. If we cannot verify that the request is genuinely from you, we may deny it as permitted by applicable laws.
If your request involves deleting or restricting the disclosure of your Personal Information in a way that prevents us from sharing it with third parties essential for providing our services, we may need to limit or terminate your access to our Websites and Services. If we do not have or have not collected the requested Personal Information, or have not shared it with third parties, we will notify you accordingly.
To make any of the above requests, please send your inquiry to privacy@interactively.io.
Please note that when you update your Personal Information, we may retain a copy of the previous data in our records. While we may continue to use aggregated data derived from your Personal Information, it will not be in a form that personally identifies you.
4.2 Authorized agent
You have the option to designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf regarding your Personal Information. This includes requesting information about your Personal Information, requesting its deletion, and opting out of the sale of your Personal Information. To authorize an agent, you must provide written consent to the agent and notify Interactively in writing that we may accept and act upon requests submitted by the agent on your behalf.
4.3 Withdrawal of consent:
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, simply contact us at privacy@interactively.io.
4.4 Object or challenge:
You have the right to object to the collection and use of your Personal Information based on Interactively’s legitimate interests, public interests, or challenge our compliance with the Privacy Laws, particularly if you believe it relates to your specific situation. To exercise this right, please contact us at privacy@interactively.io.
We will respond to your objection within 30 days, unless a lawful extension is required. If your Personal Information is processed on behalf of a third party (the controller) under the GDPR, and you raise an objection, Interactively will notify the controller within 30 days, subject to any applicable legal extensions.
4.5 Prohibit automated processing:
Upon your request, Interactively will halt any automated decision-making processes that are the sole basis for decisions that have a legal effect on you or significantly affect you in a similar manner.
4.6 Accessibility for users with disabilities:
If you have difficulty accessing or reviewing any part of this Privacy Policy, please reach out to us at privacy@interactively.io. We will provide the information in an alternative format to accommodate your needs.
4.7 Non-discrimination
Interactively is committed to ensuring that you are not discriminated against for exercising any of your rights under the Privacy Laws. This includes, but is not limited to, not denying you goods or services or providing you with a different level or quality of goods or services based on your exercise of these rights.
5. Security
We implement robust administrative, organizational, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Information. These measures are regularly reviewed and updated to maintain the highest standards of security. To further protect your account, we use email verification for privacy and security. It is your responsibility to prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by limiting access to your devices and browsers, and by signing out after each session. While we strive to ensure the security of your information, no system is entirely secure. Unauthorized access, hardware or software failures, and other unforeseen factors may compromise the security of your data. Our Websites may contain links to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their privacy policies or practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any linked site you visit.
6. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete it from our systems. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal information with us, please contact us at privacy@interactively.io so we can take appropriate action.
7. Contractual or statutory requirement
Except as outlined in this Privacy Policy or specified in contractual agreements, the collection and use of Personal Information by Interactively is not a contractual or statutory obligation, nor is it a requirement for entering into a contract with us.
8. Failure to provide personal information
While you have the option to withhold certain information, please note that some personal details may be necessary to register with us or to fully access and utilize specific features and services.
9. Automated decision-making
Interactively does not engage in automated decision-making, including profiling, and will not make decisions that solely rely on automated processes which would have legal effects or similarly significant impacts on you.
10. Updates to this privacy policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The information we collect is governed by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time it is used.
